In the musical spheres event series, three musical acts transform the stage of the Planetarium and take the audience to a unique concert under the heavens. Aspiring music stars surrounded by visuals that are controlled live and allow the audience to immerse themselves in new galactic expanses make for a very special and effective experience.

ANT ENOCH

ANT ENOCH, an artist based in Sydney and Berlin, writes anthems that make you cry on the dance floor. His melodic bedroom pop blends his love for melancholic 1980s dance ballads with a contemporary analog aesthetic. His self-produced debut EP, »Big Talk Big Party« (2024), was created during the isolation of the pandemic and combines classic Japanese drum machines, deeply personal lyrics, and piano, synthesizer, and violin. Early songwriting experiments led him to music conservatories in Sydney and Toronto, where he played in small clubs. Today he divides his time between Berlin and Bankstown and wows audiences with his live shows in Berlin, Munich, Sydney, and at festivals, among other places. 

AVA JOE

At just 22 years old, it might seem unusual at first to describe Ava Joe as an »old soul”—but her passion for storytelling and her ability to transform personal experiences into romantic snapshots speak for themselves. Inspired by art, music, and film, as well as artists like Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, and Brigitte Bardot, she has developed a timeless musical aesthetic. Her debut single »Black Smoke« takes listeners on a journey into the story of a past relationship marked by toxic codependency. Raised in Devon, Ireland, and London, she studied music performance at the Brit School and vocal performance at the ACM, and has since established herself as an impressive singer and performer.

Caro Schaeffler

Through her art, Caro Schaeffler seeks to create a world in which one can lose oneself, but also find oneself again. As a self-proclaimed »hopeless romantic«, she transforms fleeting moments into intimate, timeless art. Her music oscillates between melancholy and youthful naivety: chanson-style ballads blend with organic and modern pop elements. Her personal songs tell of discovering beauty in all experiences—even the painful ones—and sharing it with others. Her visual language, too, is shaped by poetic nostalgia, classic films, and the worlds of painting. Her long-term goal: to create art that endures in a world of ever-increasing transience.
