Gift vouchers from Stiftung Planetarium Berlin
You can purchase cosmic gift vouchers from Stiftung Planetarium Berlin online for amounts of €20, €25, €26 (family tickets), €30, €40 and €50. The vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed at all public events and at all locations of Stiftung Planetarium Berlin. Once purchased, you will receive the gift voucher by e-mail to print out yourself or to present digitally on site.
Please note that the vouchers can only be redeemed at our cash desks. You will keep any remaining credit, but it cannot be paid out in cash. Unfortunately, it is not possible to credit a voucher retrospectively against ticket purchases that have already been made. If you have any questions, our colleagues at the cash desks and on the information hotline on Tel +49 (30) 421 845 10 will be happy to help you.
Stiftung Planetarium Berlin vouchers are also available at the cash desks at our locations.
You can find our cancellation policy here. If the voucher is used – even partially - before the end of the cancellation period, the right of cancellation is forfeited.
