Join the Stiftung Planetarium Berlin

Stiftung Planetarium Berlin offers you much more than just events. Join in and exchange ideas in our working groups, meet like-minded people who are enthusiastic about astronomy, or get involved in the association. Children and young people have the opportunity to try their hand at astronomical projects or astrophotography under supervision – we provide the expertise and equipment. Together, let us be the bridge to the cosmos that brings astronomy and related sciences to the public.

Please note: Our working groups and youth clubs are currently only available in German.

Three non-profit support associations support the work of the astronomical facilities of Stiftung Planetarium Berlin:

• Wilhelm-Foerster-Sternwarte e. V.

On the trail of the secrets of the universe

Are you fascinated by the solar system and its planets? Would you like to play an active role in shaping it instead of just listening passively? Then you should join the Weltall-Forscher-Club. We meet once a week at the Wilhelm-Foerster-Sternwarte and try to find answers to our questions about astronomy and space travel. Do come along, we look forward to seeing you!

Would you like to delve deeper into astronomical topics and exchange ideas in a group? Or would you like to get involved in a voluntary project for the facilities of Stiftung Planetarium Berlin? We look forward to your active support and participation in our working groups. All ages and levels of knowledge are welcome.

Support our educational work

Support our diverse educational work with your donation! Make science tangible with the KosmosLabs, support an introduction to practical astronomy with the Star Ambassadors or enable young researchers to take part in a Space Explorer Holiday .You can secure your place in the universe with a Seat Sponsorship in the planetarium hall or in the cinema of the Zeiss-Großplanetarium.
